When you contact Handyman Services by C & J or request an estimate, you may provide your name, contact details, location, project description, scheduling preferences, budget range, notes, and project photos.
How information is used
Information is used to review your request, contact you, evaluate project fit, arrange estimates, provide service, maintain business records, and understand which outreach sources produce useful inquiries.
Sharing and service providers
C&J may use service providers to operate the website, forms, communications, scheduling, file storage, or business records. Information is not sold. It may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.
Photos and sensitive information
Do not send images that reveal people, personal documents, access codes, or other sensitive information. Project photos are used to understand the request and do not replace an on-site assessment.
Retention and choices
Records may be kept as reasonably needed for the inquiry, business operations, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. To ask about your information, email HandyManByCJ@gmail.com.
Website operation
The website uses Render hosting and private business records. Staff sign-in and appointment scheduling use Google. Encrypted backups may be stored in the company’s Google Drive after backup setup. C&J reviews website inquiries during office hours; submitting a request does not guarantee an immediate reply or confirm an appointment. This website does not send automatic text messages or emails. Basic source and conversion information may be stored in your browser; no external advertising pixel or paid AI service is connected.
Google sign-in and company backups
Authorized staff use Google sign-in. The staff application uses the Google account identifier and verified email information to check access and maintain a signed-in session. Customers do not need a Google account to submit a website inquiry. Google appointment scheduling is a separate service.
The optional company Drive connection requests access only to specific files this application creates or uses, rather than general access to the entire company Drive. It creates encrypted copies of website inquiries, jobs, money records, notes and private photos, and downloads its backup copies to test recovery. Connection credentials are stored encrypted on the website server. The recovery key is kept separately from the uploaded backups. Backup copies are retained until reviewed and removed by an authorized person; automatic deletion is not enabled.
Google account information and Drive access are used for staff access, backup and recovery, not advertising or AI training. Authorized staff can pause daily backups in Company backups and remove the application permission in Google Account settings. Revoking permission stops future authorized Drive access; it does not delete records or copies already stored.
